Why this works when the other things didn’t

You have probably tried the courses, the books, the advisers. They mostly add: more tactics, more frameworks, more to do. The work here runs the other way. It is subtraction. We find the belief or the blind spot quietly capping you, and remove it, so the capability you already have starts working in the places it hasn’t reached. Common questions

“I figure things out myself. Why would I need a coach?”
You have got further on your own than most people get with help, which is exactly the point. The ceiling you are at now is not an information problem, or you would have read your way past it. The one thing independence and study cannot reach is the belief you cannot see in yourself. That is what a coach is for, and it is why the people who least think they need one get the most from it.
“I can get coaching cheaper elsewhere.”
You can. This is the growth of you, and the company or mission riding on you. If the cheaper version gets you there, take it, with my blessing. This is for people who would rather get it right than get it cheap.
“Won’t one-to-one give me more than a group?”
Each has unique strengths. A decade of testing formats taught me what a group adds that solo work cannot: change happens faster in a group, and most people’s biggest growth comes from the question another founder asked that they would never have thought to ask themselves. Similarly, for deep-dives on specific challenges or projects (such as a pitch, or planning a courageous conversation), 1:1 is the best format.
“Is the inner-work part required, or is it woo?”
Not only not woo, it is the most evidence-backed performance tool I know, the fastest way to results, and the reason my clients hold steady where others crack.
“Is there anyone that coaching doesn’t work for?”
Honestly no. I’m yet to find someone that coaching doesn’t work for. But there are people for whom results come more slowly from coaching. If you like to make decisions slowly, you’re more likely to treat each conversation we have as something for you to “mull over” before implementing, which doesn’t serve you, or your growth. So if you want to get the most from coaching, your capacity for “instant implementation” is the biggest predictor of your success.
